Ant Financial launched a smart restaurant, Pizza Hut launched an interactive table with customizable pizza, Inamo launched a touch table and a projection menu ... Because of a bad experience at a dessert shop, I thought about how to make a dessert shop become intelligent and interactive.
The ‘Right’Problem and INSIGHTS:
1. Most of the customer come are for having a rest. The brand is not comparatively influential. 2. Customers still show tired face during the service period and user experience is not good.
SOLUTION:
A self-photographing machine for increasing this dessert store’s visibility and attract more young people to the store. Users can receive a composite graph of themselves and desserts. With these pictures, they can have a discount in the Honeymoon Dessert™ on that day. Fixed table menus to improve the customer experience by joyful interaction of customizing a dessert and interaction with waiters.
